“The unit functions okay and is better than the last unit I had. But the test strips are in an inaccessible packet that requires scissors and a scalpel to surgically remove the test strips. What happened to the small cylindrical container that allowed for easy access to a test strip? What was the designer thinking? Is this a mental test to see if we have the aptitude to open the packet? Bad design!”
“Can't reach you - via phone. I'm stuck. Was forced out of the unit I liked and into a new one I can't get working but you are, evidently, not staffed adequately. I'm quite frustrated.”
“Not happy that you discontinued the test strips for the old meter and forced me to upgrade. The upgrade deal was fine and at first I thought, at least I get a new meter, so not so bad. But the new meter is NOT an upgrade. DO NOT LIKE the test strips in the packaging. They are VERY difficult to open and time consuming. The test strips are too short or the port in the meter is too deep, forcing me to touch the end of the strip, getting blood on me when I remove it. I also have had trouble syncing the meter with the app. Would really like the old meter and strips back!”
“Don’t like that I have to do both and purchase both glucose and keto strips. I don’t see the value of GK given that I can’t seem to get into keyyosis anyway.
Do like the auto-sync feature and one of the main reasons why I selected this product. Would be nice to put up from Here is the chart for ketosis. Had to google several site to figure out I needed a 1.0 min to be considered in ketosis.”
