Easy to use and no flavour impact. Recyclable bottle for the win! I add this lecithin powder to my granola and it has no noticeable impact on the flavour. So, easy to use and no flavour, which is great. I take it because lecithin is supposed to help with high cholesterol. Seeing as I'm not set up with a lab to run cholesterol tests at home, I can't give any meaningful opinion on the efficacy. You get a reasonable amount in the bottle. And one big win is that the bottle is glass, so it is genuinely recyclable, which is fantastic.

I used to take Lecithin so much when younger but stopped. I was glad to try it again and this KIKI Health Non-GMO Lecithin Powder Food Supplement is very delicious! I have it every day with my super greens as a drink and it tastes so so yummy, like vanilla! I love the taste!I definitely will be buying more especially as I have almost finished the bottle already. I like the bottle as it is glass and easy to store.

I wanted non-gmo Lecithin and this represents good value for money.I use it for only one thing. I put a little bit into the dough mix when making bread. I read that it keeps the bread fresher for longer.I can't speak about any health benefits, but I can say that my own home made bread has always seemed to stay fresh just that little bit longer when I use Lecithin. I'm sure you can use it in other ways, but for me that's the sole reason I wanted this.

I picked up this lecithin powder for both its nutritional benefits and as a natural emulsifier in recipes. It’s non-GMO, soy-based, and vegan-friendly, making it a great all-rounder for anyone looking to boost their diet or experiment with new textures in cooking.Nutritionally, lecithin is known for supporting brain health, liver function, and digestion. I’ve been adding a small scoop to smoothies, and it blends well without any noticeable taste. If you’re into homemade plant-based milks or dressings, this works brilliantly to create a smooth, creamy texture—no more separation disasters! The powder is fine and easy to mix, though it can get a bit clumpy if left sitting in liquid for too long. The 200g tub lasts quite a while since you only need a small amount per use.Pros: Non-GMO and vegan-friendly Great for brain, liver, and digestive health Works as an emulsifier for plant milks, sauces, and baking Fine texture that blends well in smoothies and recipesCons: Can clump if not mixed properly No scoop included—so you’ll need to measure it yourselfIf you’re looking for a high-quality lecithin powder for both health benefits and kitchen creativity, this is a great choice. Now, time to perfect that homemade oat milk

I’ve been using KIKI Health Lecithin Powder for a few weeks, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It works great as an emulsifier in smoothies and salad dressings, and I’ve even used it in vegan baking. The texture is smooth, and it helps thicken recipes without any weird aftertaste. Plus, it’s non-GMO, so I feel confident about the quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their vegan dishes or just boost their nutrition!
