Is the first time that I'm trying and using this kind of products as i never herd about it until recently. I'm using as indicated in the bottle one 5ml x day. “I had never heard of Black seed oil, but after some research, I decided to try this cold pressed oil from the highly recommended KIKI brand. the oil is yellow in colour and has a strong aroma. The recommended intake is 1 teaspoon (5ml) on its own or mix with drinks, smoothies, dips, or salad dressings, you can of coarse take it with water. I would start with half a teaspoonful to see if you system can cope with it. As with all new things, it's better to start with caution and work up. I don't mind the taste ,but be warned it has a very peppery aftertaste, perhaps have a drink ready in case it's not to your taste. The black seed oil has a high thymoquinone content which enhances the immune system and good for brain function. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal properties, so plenty great qualities within this small bottle. I will continue to use this wonder oil and give it 6 months to gauge any health benefits, but until then, it's 5* from me folks.”
