Supply remains an issue: inventory seems to come and go. I appreciate that you keep the website updated to indicate stock status, & especially appreciate your ethics in not taking orders for product you can't currently ship. I look forward to some time in the near future (I hope) when you'll have sufficient sales scale to be able to carry consistent inventories of your product.
About the web site: it works, but can be difficult to navigate. Feels like you've monetized a WordPress page. Nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't work well. Current ads for Thanksgiving sale don't work: you're listing product bundles with inactive links. Unless the question mark bundles are intended as teasers, which case they backfire, as this practice just turns off customers. Also couldn't find a link to contact customer service by email or a chat service (which I recommend) - hence the comments re. website issues, which I wouldn't normally put in a review.
