“The litter box is great, but FedEx’s delivery performance leaves much room for improvement. Email’s alerting me to expect a delivery are never accurate. The box I expect to arrive today was initially scheduled for last Friday, 3 days ago! This happens virtually every month.”

Our litter is designed to last about 30 days for an average cat, but we understand that may not fit every home. We’re sorry to hear the litter box didn’t have enough litter and that the shipping was delayed. The amount of litter hasn't changed since you first became a member a year ago. FedEx does use an estimated system for deliveries, and sometimes those estimates can change depending on weather, route taken, etc. We are happy to see that your orders are averaging a 4-6 day transit.
