“My only complaint about the Standard Disposable Litter Box (Clay) is that the included bag of clay litter is not large enough to last an entire month. Also, delivery notifications from FedEx are consistently inaccurate. You should demand improved performance from FedEx.”

We have noted that the FedEx delivery notifications have been inaccurate, however please note that FedEx uses an estimated system, and those dates can change depending on weather, route taken, etc.. “Shipping takes forever and is not accurate and in this business it needs to be accurate. We have had to go out and buy litter three times due to shipping.”
Hi Meredith, We're sorry to hear about the shipping delays. FedEx uses an estimated system, and sometimes the estimates can be updated or changed due to weather, route taken, or hub congestion. Our free shipping option can take 7-10 days transit depending on the final destination. We are glad to see your shipments have been within that time frame, but will see what we can do to improve. “I like the product and rely on it due to mobility issues except for two significant details.
1) there isn’t enough litter sent with the boxes - it has to be supplemented every month. So this is no deal financially.
2) they only ship utilizing FedEx and there are problems with every single order. Current order has been in Wisconsin for 8 days. FedEx hasn’t hit a single projected date. This shipment will be at least 15 days in shipping, will arrive banged up if at all. This happens every shipment - NOT ABNORMAL.”
