“I like being able to throw away the box and all. I like that I can adjust the schedule.
What I don't like is that when it's delivered it's so heavy and hard to move off my porch and into the room where we keep her litter box. Can you please put some kind of handle on it, even if it is plastic straps. I'm over 70 so with not as many strong muscles and hand strength, it is difficult.”

“I've been using Kitty Pooh Services since 2020. I'm very happy with the quality of the product. The only issue I have is with the shipping company. My most recent order is now a week overdue after the last two were delivered to the incorrect address. Guys you need to slap these Federal Express people around”
