Thanks again for your feedback! As our boxes now offer both the long side, or short sided entrances, our Domes need to be specified either with the long or short entrance when ordering. We are showing the Dome you received for the the long side entrance. Did you need the short side instead? Please let us know and we are happy to help. Just let us know at support@kittypooclub.com.
