Thanks for the feedback.
KOOEE jerky is dry compared to mainstream jerky products. Softer products are made by adding more water and more sugar to the ingredients. We'd rather have higher protein numbers, which requires a higher proportion of meat. The end result is a slightly dryer product, with higher protein, and unfortunately, a higher price point. We're happy to recommend some other products that are more value orientated, but these products don't have the same credentials as KOOEE! (e.g., traceable to farm, 100% grass fed, gluten free, no grains, nothing artificial, etc).
That said, we don't like to disappoint any customer, so I'll be in touch via email to discuss a prototype product that I'd love your feedback on.
