“I enjoyed the sea salt flavour, and my husband liked the manuka honey flavour best. These two are almost AIP (autoimmune protocol) compliant, except for the black pepper ingredient. My husband did not like the spicy flavours, he found them too overpowering rather than flavourful - I was unable to sample them due to my dietary restrictions. It is a fantastic option to buy the sample pack before committing to purchase a full box. Will be buying the sea salt flavour again for emergency (almost) AIP travel snacks.”
