However, upon receiving the return, we found some lashes missing and a strip removed from the tray. You later mentioned the item may have arrived opened, but please know we carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they are unopened and unused.
As a reminder, our return policy allows full refunds on items that have not been opened or used within the 30 day time frame. For used items, we’re happy to offer store credit or replacements.
