Thank you for your review. I had the pleasure of assisting you. I understand your frustration. According to your return request, the item was noted as unused and in original packaging. However, upon receiving the return, we found some lashes missing and a strip removed from the tray. You later mentioned the item may have arrived opened, but please know we carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they are unopened and unused.
As a reminder, our return policy allows full refunds on items that have not been opened or used within the 30 day time frame. For used items, we’re happy to offer store credit or replacements.
We’d be glad to provide store credit in this case and hope we can help you find something that better suits your needs.
