After reviewing the order, it appears the shipping issue was due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout and currently your defaulted address to your account. We do send both an order confirmation and shipping notification to give customers the opportunity to review and correct any details before the order ships.
Unfortunately, since the address was entered incorrectly, package protection does not cover the loss, as it only applies to carrier-related issues. That said, we're more than happy to update your address on file to help prevent this in the future.
