Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“My Vierzonord Neoprene Boots arrived just in time for a camping trip to rewilding estate Knepp in West Sussex. Really fast delivery from Le Chameau. All the ground at Knepp is trampled from the free roaming grazing animals but these boots were extremely comfortable, cushioning and absorbing while supporting my feet really well. They appear incredibly well made and have just been a pleasure to use so far.”

“Husband has second pair. First pair bought 20 years ago. Works on our farm and wears them every day. Loves them and we can't believe how long the first pair lasted. The new pair has definite improvements in ease of on/off with the gusset vs. zipper on side.”

“Haven't had the boots long but they feel very comfortable. Changed to Le Chameau having previously bought a few pairs of Hunters in the past. Gave up on Hunters due to the rubber perishing after as little as as 6months.”
