“The first light stander on my new bike purchase was bent and the light pointed way right. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new one which was the same. Contacted customer service again and I was advised to use pliers to straighten it. I had already tried that with the first one which I had advised them. While it helped, the beam still tracked right so I can't see what is in front of me. So I have had to use a head torch. I ride quite a lot at night time. I have added a bit of plastic on one side to get the beam on target. I have sent another email to customer service asking for Leon to come up with a solution. Waiting on a response. Other than that I love the NCM TS bike I purchased.”
