“So, this an excellent quality product, and it has completely removed my neck and back pain, plus it has noticeably reduced my snoring, which is great because I absolutely hate the fact that I snore. I have one caveat- I switch sleeping positions. I am both a side sleeper and a back sleeper. The pillow works best if you largely stick to one position, and you get the one designed for it. If like me, you rotate , it’s understandably not as efficient . But I would still recommend it.”
“Although it seems small and doesn’t fill a “normal” pillowcase it is amazing. I wouldn’t go back to any other pillow and I WILL find space for it in a case or bag if I’m going to a hotel or on holiday.”

“Im used to sleeing on a very soft pillow that doesnt support my head and neck well which leads to pain and siscomfort. This pillow is firm but is accustomed to your head and shape. It does support my head and neck and helps me sleep better but it did take some getting used to.”
