“I ordered the medium side sleeping pillow for my husband who had neck and shoulder problems.
He sadly found it quite uncomforable and his neck felt painful so had to discontinue using it. He said the pillow felt too high and we wonder also whether the uncomfortableness maybe because of problems radiating from the impact of his hip problems at that time. He has now had his hip replacement surgery so he will try the pillow again after he has recovered from the operation.”

“I really liked my Levitex pillow for the first few weeks. It was comfortable and I like that it doesn't hold your head in one place all night like a lot of memory foam pillows that are supposed to be good for your posture. But then I started getting awful neck and shoulder pain which only started to settle after I switched back to my old pillow for a few days. I'll try again once I'm back to normal though, to give it a proper chance because it did feel good for a while. But I think maybe it's a bit too high for me.”

“The pillow is nice to sleep on but the chemical smells when it is first unpackaged take several days to be aired out. Also very disappointed that the pillow is not a standard size so looks really silly on the bed in a normal pillow case. It’s very small and silky material so the normal size pillow case slides about on it and I find this quite uncomfortable. Presume the size issue was a saving by the company which is also disappointing as the pillow costs £75!! You’d think it could be standard sized for the price!”

thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear the foam smell was bothering you. It's unfortunately typical of UK market foam - we have the strictest fire regulations in the world.
We try to keep the pillow as affordable as possible and increasing the size wouldn't affect the performance but would require us to put the price up due to the increased materials and shipping costs, which we desperately wished to avoid.
