“I have been using the pillow for about a month now. At first it felt a bit too firm, then within a few days I think I must have got used to it as I love it now. When I went away recently I couldn't cope with the hotel pillows, it felt like my neck was all wrong, so I will be taking my pillow with me next time. One small caveat, the cover that comes with it is a bit tough to get on and off, but I just popped another pillowcase on and will be washing that instead.”

Bought a pillow via a newspaper recommending it to stop snoring. It didn't stop the snoring at all but I don't get neck pain and best of all no back ache. It's changed the way I sleep. It is a fair bit smelly being made of foam but that is slowly receeding. Consultation was helpful.”
“I first brought a large pillow but struggled with it to begin with. The customer service especially Olivia has been fantastic and helped me every step of the way. I found the large was pulling on my neck when I lay on my back so ordered a medium instead. I was offered a consultation with James but was unable to to do it at the time. I spent a few months flip flopping between using both pillows. I contacted customer services again and Olivia suggested I did the consultation with James. He was fantastic very helpful and genuinely wanted to help to get things right. It’s turned out I was wasn’t pushing the pillow into the gap between my neck and shoulder enough. I also changed my sleep posture based on the dreamer position mentioned on the website. James recommended I stick with the large pillow for at least a week. After a few days I woke for the first time in a long time without neck pain or a stiff neck. Now I cannot live without my pillow. I still use the medium from time to time when I am am sleeping on an unfamiliar bed that tends to be soft. I love the pillow so much I have now bought the mattress and converted my partner to Levitex. We will be buying my son the pillow and mattress in the future. The large pillow and mattress together are perfect. I have been tracking my sleep using my smart watch and I have much more deep sleep since using the mattress. All I need now is a Levitex travel pillow and mattress topper so I can take it to the caravan or camping! “The pillow is a bit hard to get used to to be honest, the pillow is different than anything else I’ve ever used. It is very worth it though, I sleep longer and better. The customer service is great too, helping customers with overall posture and “how to” better sleep. Overall definitely would recommend this business / service. Kind of sad I purchased a mattress form a different company recently :(”
