“I have spent years trying to find a solution to my husbands snoring - throat sprays, mouth guards, lozenges, you name it, we've tried it. He saw an ear, nose and throat specialist and was told he didn't have sleep apnea, that snoring is common and expected to get worse the older he got! Not terribly helpful!
