“Don't really taste of anything and the texture is odd. Good if you're on a low carb, low Cal diet though, and might taste better as a pizza base which I haven't tried yet.”

“Good for pizzas, stays a bit soft like a wrap but firm enough to pick up. Tried in quiche and not so keen. Followed recipe from website and pastry went soggy. Still to try in baked goods. Tastes fine for wraps etc”
