I have the regular and vegetarian HBMP versions, and overall I like the vegetarian plan (i've been vegetarian for 20yrs). However, compared to the regular HBMP there I found not as much variety in the meal types. Also some of the ingredients are not seasonal even here in CA one can't always buy fresh berries. If you are looking for an easy plan to follow and meal prep with this is a good plan. Thank you, Katie and team!

This is a wonderful meal plan that has fit my weight loss goals! Katie does a fantastic job with details specific to my hypo disgnosis, recipes, and always providing encouragement! I highly recommend this plan for all ladies with hypothyroidism!

The plan is so easy to follow. But the best part is that the meals that are planned are delicious and very easy to prepare. I highly recommend!

I love the info, but most of which I already knew. Plus, I feel like the measurements and nutrition facts are off. But as for meals I do like the options.

I wanted to make sure to reassure you that all of the measurements and nutrition facts are accurate and have been reviewed by a registered dietician. Depending on the brand of ingredient or type in some cases, there can be slight variations. If you are using a site like myfitnesspal or similar, the results they output will not always be accurate to the plan :) Hope this helps!

Love how simple it is. I tried real hard to keep it dairy and gluten free. I would have to swap. But over all i love it.
