Such a great meal plan! I haven't gone through it using the LSF protein, but once I get the proteins I plan to. Love the recipes and how you can swap out fats, proteins, and carbs for whatever you want or whatever you already have in the fridge to keep from buying so much food that will just go bad (surely I'm not the only one who struggled with that in the past!) Breakfast sandwich, turkey meatballs with spaghetti squash, PB&J oats, baked salmon and ginger soy mahi-mahi are my favorite recipes! I promise you won't go hungry - usually I struggled to eat my morning snack and sometimes moved it to "dessert" after dinner.

Y'all this plan literally changed my life!! My husband and I live from this plan along with the GNG to make our weekly meal plans. It's so easy and has such great recipes. I have started from the beginning to the end and while I loved it because it really helped me see portions and food intake in a different light, it was a tad difficult to make so many meals in so many days. However, this taught me a structure and how to take 1-3 days and use it through the week so we're not just having chicken and veggies every day (boring!). I love love this plan!!

No gym, no personal trainer? No problem! Katie has definitely hooked you up with the best at home or even use in the gym workouts! Modifications can be easily made too! Absolutely a life changer this guide is! I used this guide all through my pregnancy! Truly a good one!

This is my absolute FAV meal plan. It gets me back on track. I've been using this guide for almost 2 years and I'm still shocked at how much food I can eat and lose weight. 10/10 recommend.

Another amazing meal plan that is super easy to follow, it literally holds your hand and guides you through the entire process! It was amazing! Well written with thoughtful tips and tricks for anyone and everyone who has no idea what they’re doing, ie me. So far, every product I’ve tried from LSF has been well worth its price. Absolutely my favorite health/fitness company!!
