The plan itself is amazing. I thought that there would be some extra/more recipes, but then I also think there probably isn’t because this is a pretty straightforward and clean plan. Don’t get me wrong tho, there are amazing recipes and I can’t wait initial I’ve tried them all. Also, you do eat a lot on this plan so you won’t feel full, but also just prepare for your grocery bill to possibly go up some. It’s not crazy off the wall ingredients tho, which I love. It’s everyday, clean and healthy foods. And it’s very specific so it takes out the guesswork!

I’m loving my meal plan!! I was always so confused about what to eat and would end up just ordering something unhealthy! This helps me stay on track and I’m never hungry!! This meal plan has really helped me to learn what I should be eating and when I should be eating these things! Loving it so far!!

I love this plan & how easy it is to stay fit and healthy by following these delish meals. The meal plans aren’t too complicated and you don’t need to buy an overload of groceries, which I love! I love mostly that it taught me that I can.......eat! I was following a very very low calorie diet and had it in my head that all carbs were bad. I’ve been following this meal for 2 weeks and have never felt better. I have my energy back & feel stronger now during my workouts.

I have been loving this mean plan. A lot of the food on the plan I already had, so I love that it is food that I already like. Not a bunch of weird food! It is also a lot of food every day, I am never hungry following this plan. Seems like a really well-balanced plan.

I love the Hot Body Meal Plan. It’s so easy to follow and make swaps for what proteins and greens I have in the fridge! I’m seeing real results inside and out!

I love this meal plan! It’s easy to follow and also easy to do the swaps! Even my hubby loves it! My kids love the snacks and they have even tried some of the meals. I have had many other meal plans before which to be honest I didn’t enjoy and they didn’t give clear idea of the swaps and measurements. This meal plan even comes with some recipes in the back! It’s pretty great! Thanks LSF!

An excellent meal plan that will leave you feeling nourished each day. Even if you have followed a healthy eating plan before, I can guarantee you that it would not be at the level of Hot Body Meal Plan that has a variety of options of meals and snacks
