I LOVE this meal plan!!! I could see a difference within the first few days and overall I lost 5 pounds. I wasn't working out consistently either. My energy levels were high, my blood sugar was stable, and I slept through the night without waking up hungry. This plan is flexible so you can swap interchangeably. It works and I'm so thankful for Katie!!

These meals are everything you hope they will be. Easy to replicate, flexible for two, and the flavors are totally underrated. I selected and meal prepped three meals to keep it simple and convenient for the first week, and I got excited for my meals every single day. Former Keto, but this plan makes me feel whole. A must have in your recipe book.

This meal plan was exactly what I needed to get my nutrition on track. I used to eat way less before being on this plan, and I was gaining weight! I think I needed structure and to know exactly what to eat on a daily basis. I have repeated this plan several times since January 2, 2021. I have lost 7 pounds, and my headaches and anxiety have subsided! I am so grateful for this plan.
