I am loving this meal plan as the recipes are easy and delicious to make. I have only followed it for a week so far but already feel healthier and more energetic.

I have just finished week 1 of this meal plan and so far have loved the recipes although there are a couple alternatives I have had to use it is useful as the plan gives tips on how swap foods so that it is equal in terms of healthiness. I love having a meal plan where I don't have to think about what I need to eat. I recommend purchasing this plan if you want healthy and delicious meals.

I love it how easy it is to follow the meal plan. You can choose to follow the recipes at the end of the ebook or make your own dishes from the ingredients listed for each meal or day. I am never hungry or bored, nor do I feel deprived of anything when I am on the HBMP. It has taught me the portion sizes and healthier options that I should be having and now I feel healthier and full of energy every day. I definitely recommend getting it as a great start to healthier eating. It takes out all the guesswork from my meal planning and makes my working life easier too!

Loving this meal plan! It's a great guide. It gives you the base of each meal, but then you can add whatever veggies or prepare it however you'd like to make it your own! I love that I can customize it so I don't get bored.
