Very easy meal plan to follow. There’s a guide on how to substitute foods which is very helpful and with five meals a day I never feel hungry. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to lose a few extra pounds and learn and more nutritious way to eat.

I feel like some of the pairings for the meals are a little weird (like it will say 1/2 a sweet potato, scoop of protein powder in water and 1 tbsp almond butter for a meal....) so I end up switching things around some throughout the day. But it is helping me to see how much of each category I should be eating so I appreciate that!

Haven't pulled any recipes yet, but scrolled through the content and am absolutely stoked to start this 4 week plan! Might have to pick up the Guiltless Nutrition Guide next

I love the Meal Plan my only complaint is that I wish there was a grocery list for each week !
