This hot body meal plan has changed not only my life but also my husbands! Both him and I were over weight, using the HBMP we both started losing weigh and above all feeling better! We have more energy when we are on this plan and we both are taking the healthy approach to not feeling like we are on a diet! It's food we love, easy to make and my husband is dairy free and this diet can accommodate to him without me having to make different meals for both of us! The snacks are great and it is food I typically buy, so I didn't have to go out and buy a bunch of expensive crazy food! We love it and have lost a combined total of 40lbs so far! So if your thinking of buying one, do it! It's a PDF file you have on your electronic device, which is perfect to take with you where ever you go!!

Before this plan, I thought that I ate pretty healthy; however, I quickly learned what combination of foods to eat at every meal and to choose foods that fill me up for at least 2.5 hours (which is amazing for this girl who used to be a huge snacker at a tech company)! I find that I am full, have more energy, and am not wondering when I can eat next because I feel satisfied. This meal plan has helped me to expand my palate and try different food combos and recipes that I normally wouldn't have even thought to make.The fact that it's a step by step "eat this much of ___ food" made it super easy to pack lunches and snacks for the day, plan for timing in the morning to make breakfast, and allowed me to use the food I had purchased and cooked throughout the week so that I wasn't being wasteful or having to freeze items. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

I never knew how important my diet was until this guide! I could not loose weight no matter what I did! I worked out and ate somewhat healthy but what I didn't realize is how much I am consuming matters! I wasn't taking in enough calories and was putting my body through starvation mode basically! Let me tell you, you will never be hungry in this meal plan! It's a lot of good healthy and YUMMY food! It also teaches you how important all the food you consume is and how to cook it! I'm finally seeing changes and I couldn't be happier!

The meal plan is AMAZING!! It sets you up with everything you need to succeed and makes it straight forward. I love he variations in the meals, you don't get bored because every day is filled with new tasty meals!

This guide is so easy to follow and there are so many meals you'll love to eat. You'll never get bored, or hungry. It's been so well thought out with the macros in all the right places. The shopping list has everything on it, and even my little country grocery store carries everything on the list. All the meals have a feeling of familiarity to them, which makes transition from old eating habits to knew ones a lot easier, and more likely to become permanent. I'm going to get the Vegetarian one too!

As someone who loves to eat, I was really nervous about feeling hungry during this plan. However, I found that when I followed the schedule I didn't feel like I was starving at all because the proportions of protein/carbs/fats are all pre-balanced in a way your body likes! I was already working out consistently and in pretty good shape, but found that when I started following the meal plan my body leaned up almost immediately. Seeing results so quickly that were obviously from adjusting my nutrition gave me a lot of motivation to keep going when I felt like falling into old habits. The recipes are delicious and I love that you know exactly what you're going to eat, so trips to the grocery store are simple and I'm not tempted to wander the aisles and throw random junk into the cart!
