I LOVE this meal plan. I have been on a weight loss journey for 4 months and have tried a few different diets from low carb to keto but this is the one for me. The meals are easy to make, well balanced, and keep me full and satisfied all day long. I am on week 3 of the plan and have lost 6 pounds following the recipes. A plus is that they also taste great! This is a sustainable meal plan that I can see myself following for life.

Even if you have trouble sticking to a scheduled meal plan - this is a great educational piece on what kind of foods to eat and how much to eat. Made me realise that my portions were way too big!!! Recipes are simple, affordable and delicious.

This was a good kick start to eating right I never felt hungry on it. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was hard to grocery shop without wasting food. I had to run to the grocery store like 2 times or more each week so my veggies wouldn’t go bad and I would buy little at a time. I didn’t lose any weight which sucked but I have IBS-C and it did help regulate me a little and I didn’t feel as bloated.

I like his plan because it has realistic meals and it’s laid out in a gradual way so that you work your way to your daily calorie intake. This way also helps you understand how to eat. It helped me see I was just taking in too many calories in my meals. It’s also forced me to see how bad my snacking habits were. Snacks need to consist of protein not sugar ☺️ Sugar is my downfall. Anyhow, very realistic meal plan. Enjoying it so far.

This guide really helped me kick start my weight loss. I knew to eat healthy but I never actually committed to planning out my meals so this guide does all the work for you! I am never hungry, I have so much more energy in my day, the food is delicious and I have lost ten pounds after five weeks of sticking to the guide! I plan on sticking with it until I lose the weight I want to lose.
