This meal plan is amazing. I love how even though it can be strict it can also be customizable. I’ve noticed how full I feel al day, and the food is good! I did try to eat something at a fast food restaurant and realized quickly how gross I felt. I have no want to eat anything unhealthy, in fact I find it easy to eat healthy because it’s what I want. Yum! If you want to have a meal plan that can be customizeable this is it..

My best friend bought me this book when she found out I had a Hypothyroid. My levels were 10.7 and I was very shocked! So i got this book and I've just loved it! In just 4 WEEKS from using this guide my levels dropped so low they lowered my dose from 50mg generic synthroid to 25 and If its still going good in a month I may be able to come OFF THE MEDS! I didn't realize how much food impacted my body. Obviously its what I eat because before I ate so much gluten foods and fried foods and since using this meal plan... The results speaking for themselves! Love your body and watch what you eat , itll surprise you how harmful some foods can be to your health!

Your recipes, grocery list meal plans are really helping me! I love all of the choices and I’m seeing results in my midsection. I also followed along this week in the spring slim down I am sore (in a good way) and it’s looking like I’m getting some definition in my abs! Thank you, Katie for motivating me... and Ali Natalie, too! You girls are awesome!

Love it! Super easy to follow. I do not need to lose weight but I bought it because I loved the preview food choices that were meals and snacks. I love how it changes every week. So far it has helped maintain my weight the way I’ve been using it! I am sure if I do it from start to finish the results would be amazing!!! Getting ready to buy the Guiltly Nutrition!!! Totally would recommend!

This diet has good food and recipes but every day was something completely new. It was difficult for me to keep up with because working full time you like to make snacks and lunches in advance. When there isn’t consistency with the meals it made me give up. For example a few days a week should have the same lunch. Also the grocery list should be for each week showing how much to purchase each week.

Doing the 4 week hot body meal plan, I felt better and I learnt what is the right and best way to eat. Together with the guide I kept exercising (I started on January) doing the HIIT workout following your video on YouTube almost everyday and I’m enjoy it lot. Unfortunately I did not loose any weight...

I am on Week 3 day 1 and I am loving this meal plan. It's simple to plan for and to prep. It doesn't require hours of work each week. I literally made this weeks shopping list in a bout 5 minutes. Snacks for each day are high in protein and fat and keep me satisfied. I don't experience belly bloat anymore like I did before starting. I'm already down several inches in my waist, hips, and chest. I am also not experiencing mood swings like I was before. This plan is probably the best $$ I've spent in a while. I plan to start over and keep going once the 4 weeks is up. It's that good!

I absolutely love it! The meals are outstanding and I feel great and have lots of energy. And it’s amazing to see your body transform into something that you’ve been looking for. And the meal plan I just don’t want to give up I look forward to my next day. It’s a Win Win.
