Oh my God, I don't even know where to begin! This plan is absolutely fantastic! I've done it more than 1 week and I could see results in ways I've never seen before! (and yes I have hypothyroidism too, and still did work amazingly). Every day is so delicious, nutritious and different, also you have guidelines that allow you to customize the meal plan! Swap the protein for other lean protein you have or even plant-based ones like beans, chickpeas etc (that's what I did), Swap veggies for others approved in the plan, and swap meals with others approved in the plan, and most importantly, HAVE FUN! This is your opportunity to embrace a wonderfully healthy lifestyle, that with consistency and determination, will get you where you always dreamed to be. You literally have total freedom! You have so much food in there, believe me! My first reaction when I saw the plan was, omg I'm gonna starve! Believe me, I didn't, and you will not either! I need to say that it has helped that I did transition towards a healthy lifestyle over the years, budget-wise especially. If you are new to a healthy lifestyle, it may cost you a little bit up front to get the ingredients you may not use on a daily basis(ex. Maca powder, protein powder). However, remember the goal: 'Everything you do in life, do it because you deserve only the best!-A.D.T'.Good luck! Really enjoyed the recipes. Only thing is it's hard to find a few ingredients at grocery stores.

This book not only helps you kick start your weight loss and fitness journey, it lays the groundwork for sustaining good habits in the future. I lost 4 pounds doing the slim down and I’m going to implement many of these recipes into my daily diet. You get 5 “meals” a day so that you are constantly consuming good food that will keep you satisfied throughout the day. This plan really worked for my body and I feel great! I’m recommending it to many of my friends!

I felt so good after this week. I had way more energy, and as a nightshift nurse that’s super important to me, and I didn’t have any digestive pain like I’ve had for years.

Works!! My husband and I lost 5 lbs each.. good food, spaced out so we weren’t hungry. Love it, my belly bloat is gone, I want to definitely keep it this way. My husband is doing it to lose weight, and it definitely works!! Thank you!

This plan is everything! It`s so simple and easy to follow, not at all boring and the flavors are delicious. It`s literally changed my life and thoughts about food/nutrition and dieting. I`ve never eaten so much and yet felt so great. If you are thinking about getting it, just go for it - you absolutely will not regret it!
