It was a great starting point to kick-start my journey dealing with Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. I loved that everything was written out and all I had to do was follow the plan! I also loved that I learned more about what foods to eat and why, and how they are beneficial for certain goals. I didn’t love that in some cases I had to buy foods that I may not continue using - like flax seed and oats - if I move to AIP. All in all, I think there are great recipes and habits that I will continue to revisit in the future!

Overall, I lost eight pounds using this program. Which is a lot for a week, but helped me to kickstart healthier eating. I'm feeling so great, and some of these recipes are definitely on my weekly rotation. Thanks Katie and team!!

This was my favorite “detox” meal plan I’ve done. The meals were delicious and there are definitely quite a few that I will continue to use! I was skeptical at first because I usually eat more than what I saw the plan was allowing but I honestly felt great! I had more energy than I’ve had in quite some time, my skin looked good and I even lost an inch on my waistline! This plan definitely has tips and guidelines that can and should be applied for longer than 7 days!

was going to try to add my before after photos don’t know how. I was thrilled with the food, smoothies, and easy recipe, and ididnt cheat once on the 7 day challenge, has enough to keep u full! Love the soups, everything was delicious and I lost 6.5 pounds,and toned for I was in my 4 th week of slim down challenge . Thanks lsf , feeling good

The food was great and I learned so much about nutrition. I also lost weight I’m guessing fat and mostly water weight because most of the food is intended to help de-bloat and reset the metabolism. I’m so grateful for this knowledge! The hard part was there wasn’t a complete shopping list so I had to go back to the grocery store three times, which during quarantine wasn’t ideal. I wish there was a bit more written up front about what to purchase for each recipe. I ended up reading through each recipe and making my own shopping list. All in all I’m so grateful to have discovered this healthier way of eating cooking. I don’t see myself going back to starving all day and eating one big meal at night. I feel so much better!!!! Thank you Katie!

The first 2 days were tough, but it was so worth it. Being in quarantine made me eat lots of junk and this detox was the reset I needed!! Lost 2 pounds and re-evaluated how much I snack.
