I'm giving this a 3 out of 5, because I found myself incredibly hungry on the very little food given in the first few days, that I ended up bingeing out in the evenings. If you're working out and keeping active, you're going to need more food and protein in the day to balance out the energy expended.

I followed up the plan strictly. I liked the recipes, but unfortunately I didn’t lose any weight. What I noticed was that I felt less bloated.

Great recipes with great flavors. There is plenty of food in 1 day. You never feel hungry as long as you space it apart correctly. Had to make a few substitutions for items I don’t regularly use or have in my grocery stores. Other than that, I’ll probably come back to 7 Day Slim at least once a month or so!

For the most part the layout of the meals are great portions, just either tasteless and some were hard to swallow. I'm not a big ginger, tumeric girl..but, I did it. The one meal I found hard was the butternut squash. I'm giving it a go with the 14 day plan, today is the 1st day of that one. I did lose some pounds, which my workouts helped me big too!

Obsessed with this meal plan! I am an extremely picky eater/ chicken nugget loving girl but this plan was easy to shop, prep, and follow. Love the different smoothie recipes and how easy LSF Katie makes it to swap out different meals/ snacks if you're not into a certain option vs. the other. I am also type one diabetic and have to say my blood sugar levels have never been better (although there is always a slight adjustment with figuring out insulin/ carb counting). I felt so good after the 7 days ended, I was going to give myself a "cheat day" but felt so motivated and good I immediately jumped right into the 28 day Hot Body Meal Plan. Thanks so much LSF!
