I am so glad I went for it and bought this bundle package! I’ll admit, I’m using the HBSG more consistently than the meal plan just because of family dinners, etc. but I love it for meal ideas and grocery guidance! The HBSG is something I wish I had a long time ago. It’s challenging but I look forward to it since it never gets boring, so straightforward and I feel amazing after. It is definitely part of my daily routine now to see what workout I have to do and setting aside the short time to do it. Best decision!

I love this program especially the workouts. The meal plan is great but I didn't realize that it was to cut sugar. If your not ready to cut sugar its going to be hard but the meals are delicious and filling. There is alot of meal prep and cooking if you want to follow the plan. You can also have yogurt at the end of the night for a "treat". It was also confusing about what you can and cannot have. I wish I got the guiltless nutrition instead but the hot body workout is definitely worth it!

This bundle has completely given me the routine I was missing. The meals are so easy to prep and maintain. The workouts....OH YOU WILL FEEL THE BURN! These two guides have become my holy grail for a busy babe :)

Getting your groove back after having a baby was HARD!! Did I say it was REALLY hard!! Well, I will say it again anyway. At first, I bought the HBSG and HBMP e-book bundle because they looked pretty. I will just be honest upfront!! (haha) I am a sucker for a pretty design.. and girl power. Katie's guides have BOTH and so much more! I am learning how to cook a variety of meals that taste yummy and FILL ME UP!! MIND. BLOWN! The Sweat Guide workout plan is great, too! They exercises are easy to learn but definitely cause a sweat!!

I have all three guides . I literally use them every day for reference. I like to switch up my recipes and try new things so I love the variety. I use the hot body sweat guide every day. It makes me feel like it's my own personal work out plan. Especially paired with the LSF weekly workout schedule. I had two kids in the last 4 years and I literally can now fit into a size zero again .

This bundle is a great investment for yourself! The meal plan is reasonable and tasty and the HBSG is beyond great! The workouts get the job done and leave you sore and sweaty but are not too long and never boring! There are so many amazing alternative ideas in the plans and they also contain break downs everything so you never have to question what to do or what to eat! I highly recommend and tell everyone about them :)
