I've been doing HBSG work outs and meal plan for four weeks and holy cow the results! My favorite part is how easily it fits into my life style! The work out are quick and I can do them anywhere. The food is tasty and i love the flexibility!

I first started following Katie on her website and Youtube channel, doing her workout videos. I really connected with her philosophy and approach to fitness plus she has created this amazing network of woman on TeamLSF. For my 46th birthday present to myself, I bought the bundle. It was a great deal and I am so happy I did. The information in both guides are invaluable. With them you will only succeed. Thanks Katie!

After following Katie on social media for a while I decided enough was enough - time to get the guides. From what I had seen Katie had been down the path of struggle and had done such an amazing job that I wanted to be able to do the same. Firstly the meal plan is so easy to follow, you don't need a million hard to access ingredients, the meals are quick to prepare and easy to take to work or social gatherings. The food is really delicious and satisfying, I am surprised constantly at how unrestricted it is. The Sweat guide is super fun to follow, the moves are easy to follow (while still getting a sweat on) and there are modifications if you need them. I felt stronger and leaner after just a week and have had to go shopping for a new wardrobe as the results are real. Katie and her team are there for you with any questions you might have. I would highly recommend that if you are even slightly considering getting the guides then do it because good things come to those who sweat.

Hi everyone! I recently bought the bundke package of the HBMP and HBSG, I have bought so many books, DVD's, you name it... these guides show you how to make it all work together. For the first time I am in my life I have been sticking to a plan completely. The LSF community is something that i have come to rely on every day. The HBMP gives you so many options on how to switch things up to work for your lifestyle. My commute changed literally days after I got it and any problems that I have encountered I have been able to find a solution for., whether it be timing or food not available. It's very easy to use. The HBSG, well, it's just awesome... I had considered myself to be kind of fit... it makes you move in ways to use your whole body and man do you feel it. Nothing super hard, you add weight of you want to, but everything is spelled out and works together. I hope if you find yourself here reading reviews that you give it a chance. It's definitely worth it and you will see how much Katie puts her heart and soul into thus lifestyle to help all of us continue to live healthy happy and whole!! This has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in life! I’ve never stuck with anything as far as diet plans go but I’ve almost made it to the two month mark. I actually crave healthy food and NEED to work out everyday. I never thought I would get here, and I’m so grateful. You can tell just surfing the guides that Katie put her heart and soul into this. It’s so easy to read and follow!!! The attention to detail is really incredible. Besides watching my body change shape I would say the mental clarity that working out and eating right hasn’t brought me is truly priceless. Katie, thank you!! Not only do I love following the guides, but you’ve been so helpful and quick to answer all of my questions. I purchased the Hot Body Sweat Guide AND the Hot Body Meal Plan. These guides were so simple to follow and jam packed with helpful tips/recipes. *HBSG, I loved the breakdown of moves and they way you work out a different area each day. Can do these moves in the gym or right at home. It uses a lot of your own body weight and really pushes you. I was SO sore but in the best kind of way. I’m really out of shape so I did have to alter a couple moves, but just keep pushing! *HBMP, Eating 5 meals day, I learned portion control and how to fuel my body with the right foods. Everything is clean and my body felt the difference right away. I never felt like I was eating the same exact thing 2 days in row. I curbed sugar/cheese cravings and felt full all day long. After following for a full month consistently, I was able to lose around 5-6 pounds! The best part is that I know I can keep going forward with these eating habits and those pounds aren’t going to creep back. If you’re on the fence about purchasing these guides..jump off and GO FOR IT! The best part is the community that comes with it and all the support you receive. These guides and these girls mean the world to me. I’m so happy to be a part of #teamlsf

This bundle is a steal if you buy it during a promotion. Both guides are easy to use and follow along. The HBSG has a great variety of workouts along with an index in the back that's a step-by-step guide for all the exercises. The meal plan is simple and straight-forward. It's to be used to get your nutrition and portions back on track. Highly recommend! Thank you, Katie!
