OMG...I love love love these two guides! The meal plan is totally doable and effective...grocery lists and healthy swaps are super helpful! I have lost 6 pounds since starting 4 weeks ago! I never feel bloated, which is amazing! I absolutely love the sweat guide. The workouts are hard but achievable, and I am always motivated to do extra...like the weekly workout videos. I just am so grateful, as I am finally motivated to stick with this healthy life. Thank you for creating this easy to follow, fun plan for all of us on Team LSF! :)

I’m on week 2 of meal plan and 3 of the workouts and feel great I was a little unsure of the meal plan at first because my weight was bouncing back and forth the first week but i just repeated week 1 twice and everything straightened out and I moved onto week 2! Love this because it’s easy!

You want to loose weight, be more toned, upgrade your body and be the best you have ever been? Of Course you do, otherwise you wouldn't be here reading this! It doesn't need to be complicated. You don't need fancy equipment or a personal trainer or a gym membership. We got Katie and her HotBodyMealPlan and HotBodySweatGuide. Super simple! Honestly the bundle is an LSF must! It's the whole package, the meal plan teaches you how to fuel your body and the sweat guide teaches you how to work and build your muscles. The sweat guide also can easily be integrated with any exercise you enjoy like spin, running, or yoga. You can do all these things in the plan! This bundle will truly transform your body. It is worth every penny!

This bundle is perfect for the starter, moderate or advance person! Katie makes Love Sweat Fitness too easy not to succeed!! What's stopping you? These plans are simple rules and workouts but with amazing results! I tell all my family and friends to look into LSF!!

I love how these 2 guides go hand in hand. Yes you can use separately but why would you do that? I love how easy to use they are and the recipes are delicious. This is not a crash diet this is a lifestyle change and the recipes are delicious. The HBSG is amazing and you can do it by itself or add on to other workouts. The results are there and you see them right away.

Yes you can use both guides separately but why fumble around in the dark and stress yourself out? Did you know that 80% of fitness is nutrition and the other 10% is in the workout. Do you know that you can't out exercise a bad diet? Are you a personal trainer or a nutritionist? I'm not. Though I've done a considerable amount of research on the subjects, and even considered writing my own workout plan, but I feel more comfortable having something to follow, because I'm a mom and I'm busy, and really I don't know and all that much on the subject. The HBSG is super easy to follow, just put on your workout clothes, put on your favorite tunes, and if you have a set of free weights, you're good to go! It's 100% travel friendly, and give yourself some eco friendly carbon offsets, because these are e-books! I keep a copy on my laptop, tablet and phone, so I'm never without them! The HBMG is also really user friendly, no funky ingredients, you should be able to find everything at your local grocery. But don't be fooled, these recipes are delicious, you will not be going hangry. My favorite is the breakfast egg muffin. No fake food either, just clean super powered real foods to have you feeling and looking your best inside and out.

The best part is that it's real food and teaching you to be healthy without the super crazy ingredients that some plans have! And the workouts are simple but effective!
