Because of the high cholesterol that comes hand in hand with hypothyroidism I don't eat a lot of meat. This plan doesn't have much wiggle room with a different kind of animal product at each meal.

Hey Nancy!! Thanks so much for the feedback. You can always switch out the protein for another type of protein! So you can swap the meat for fish or something similar if you'd like!!:)

Loving this meal plan! First week I have already lost a few pounds! I love that I don’t feel like I’m in a diet, it’s literally just healthy food! Feeling so much better about myself and my choices!

I couldn't click to give it the starred review but I really enjoyed the hypothyroidism plan. I subscribed to Katie's YouTube channel since she is such a workout and eat clean motivation to me. I was diagnosed with hypo 2 weeks ago and my initial thought, when my PCP told me, is "thank God for Katie who has a ton of content on hypothyroidism". I bought this meal plan that night I was diagnosed. It's a very helpful guide in my beginning of my hypo journey of foods that will fuel my body and what my body needs. Thank you Katie and keep up all your great content! You are such an inspiration to me and I'm certain many other women!! :)

This plan is amazing, nice to find a plan that doesn't keep u starving and fills u up and make u feel healthy and energize

I'm really liking the plan. The first week, I felt more debloated and lighter. Also, my skin looks clearier. I really like that recipes are simple and guidelines are pretty clear, so I can swipe ingredients. Still, I would like to have some tips for runners or what to do if I may need some extra calories

I love the meal plan for hypo girls! This has helped me sooo much my only thing is I wish we could have a hard copy of the book versus the ebook so I can have something on hand if my phone goes nuts and all that

At first I wasn't sure if I should get the hypo 101 meal plan, but reading how much #lsfbabes love the plan and how much better/weight they were losing during the #lsf30 challenge I realized I should get it myself. I do not regret getting it.I dropped 2 lb.in my first week. Thank you @katie and @lovesweatfitness.
