I'm not usually one to buy meal plans, but was drawn to this one because of the hypothyroidism aspect to it. I decided to go for it and am so glad I did. Normally meal plans, even really healthy ones, include things I can't eat (cheeses, grains, gluten, soy) so they don't end up being that helpful. it is amazing being able to actually follow this plan, exactly as is. Additionally, I love Katie's perspective on eating. She simplifies it, she isn't recommending you go out and buy all kinds of expensive supplements and super foods. It's just basic, clean, healthy food. And the recipes throughout the weeks use a lot of the same ingredients so my grocery bill was actually lower prepping for this meal plan than normal. All around, definitely glad I spent the money on this and would recommend it to anyone who has tummy issues and want a basic, to-the-point meal plan.

I have love the meal plan! It is so easy to follow and I love the plans flexibility. I would pick and choose meals throughout the weeks that worked for my schedule.

I've been using this meal plan for about a week now and I love it! I'm the type of person who needs my meals spelled out for me and this guide does just that, but allows enough flexibility to work with your pantry options and food preferences. The informational guide at the beginning and the recipes in the back are also great additions. Eating healthy doesn't have to be complicated or take hours to prep in the kitchen, this guide shows you how easy and delicious a healthy diet can be, for Hypo and non-Hypo users!

The meal plan has really simplified foods for me. I’ve purchased other meal plans and they are filled with foods I normally would not eat or don’t like. This meal plan really fits my likes and it allows for substitutions. Amazing!

I was diagnosed with hypo 8 years ago and as Katie said, nobody ever told me the key role nutrition plays. I'm in the second week of the plan and the changes are huge. Not only I lost 2 kilos but I feel full, not hungry all day and not bloated anymore. Thumbs up!!

Recently, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and had absolutely no clue what to do or why it was happening and felt so alone. After finding Love Sweat Fitness and how transparent Kate is I started to realize that I wasn’t alone and many people have hypothyroidism. Hypo 101 truly helped me realize what was going on and ways I can help it and make myself feel better. I LOVE the meal plan. It really helped me kick start my healthy eating habit and take control over how I was feeling. I 100% recommended!!!
