Mmm, sounds good! It's great to use in baking too. In a Victoria sponge cake our Coconut Sugar adds a delicious caramel flavour and colour too! Petrina

“I have only just received my packet of coconut sugar and have just made my first cake with it. Love the taste and it is perfectly sweet for using in cakes. I do not ever have sugar in any drinks so I cannot comment on teas and coffees.”
