Did you know that if you dissolve the Coconut Sugar with a little water, it will make a syrupy coconut nectar, which is perfect for either a salad dressing or a sweet drizzle on bakes! Jess

Thanks for this Liz. I've used this in a Victoria Sponge, which was amazing! It's also perfect to mix with a little water for those recipes where you need a liquid sweetener. Enjoy!
