We have been sleeping on our mattress for about a month now and we love it. It was a definite upgrade and we feel well-supported and comfortable even from the first night! The packaging and customer service as great. We were not sure what to expect with the feel of a latex mattress, only having slept on traditional spring with memory foam toppers until now, but it was very comfortable and an easy transition. The edge support while sitting on the edge of the bed is not very strong but while laying down there is no feeling of poor support. Highly recommend!

I am loving my mattress. I love that it has some bounce to it and it is plush, but it also holds up well. It just feels really quality.

We ended up researching and looking at pocket coil with latex topper 'hybrid' mattress for too many hours. There are many companies out there with good options, but Luma had excellent customer service and always happy to answer our (many) questions. Their price point was spot on as well, even when we compared shipping to Canada, on top of it, the warranty is excellent and the with the sleep trail you just cant loose! We opted for the 3" Talalay and do not regret it one bit, and we even asked for the extra plush option (just note it in your order in the comments section). Moving up from a standard queen mattress, the king is wonderful and our kids just looooove the bed too. I feel that the latex has the perfect balance of hugging you but not sinking deep. The pocket coil 'springy / depth' feel is something we've grown used to, and was essential for us (even after trying many full latex mattresses that have complex layers and even micro pocket coils). For the intimate times, the pocket coils give the bed's motion/response that isnt the same as full latex too. The quality and build is better than anticipated. And if/when the topper gets worn out from kids being rowdy or normal longterm use, then it's easy enough to take off the cover and replace! You can split the bed so one side has softer or firmer latex too, although we didnt need that, there are many options and the Luma team will get you setup quickly. Never thought I'd look forward to my bed as much as I have, haha, good job Luma!

Hello Michael, Thanks for the review. Any chance we can get a picture of the Luma Mattress sans sheets? We're looking to use these for customer marketing. If you or someone could be on it, it would be great! Team Luma

Very nice bed, no off gassing, nice soft Tencel cover. Sleeping on Latex is the best. They will do comfort exchanges if you need it. Customer service is excellent and responsive.

The bed is made of high quality materials and feels great. I wish there was a little more flexibility in the configuration options though. For example, the option to order a Firm mattress with any firmness option for the topper.

This is the best mattress we have ever purchased! Bought 2 mattresses prior and had to return both. I had issues with sciatica and hips being numb upon wakening. No more! This one is a keeper. Thank you Luma

I am still getting used to the bed, but my girlfriend and I used to have mild aches and pains after sleeping on our old random no name mattress. However, since we have our Luma, we have no issues. So that is a great win. Additionally when I placed my order it was during the black Friday holiday rush. The mattress was delayed slightly, but when I contacted their customer support they were able to prioritize the mattress so it could reach me before my travel plans. So that was a positive net experience. The only thing right now that would be a 4.5 stars kind of deal is the latex topper shifts around a bit much and requires attention when making the bed to position it correctly. I think this will likely be solved by a future mattress protector purchase, but it would be better if this was not necessary.
