I have had my bed for 12 days and so far I really like it! I ordered the plush and it's nice and soft! So glad I bought this bed.

DO NOT BUY! They are a scam! Their "plush" is extremely rock hard. The "free return shipping" is not free! You need to have a vacuum sealer because the pillow top is so huge that they send you a small box to return it in and I am not a strong lady to mush it into the box. I don't understand why the person who picked up the mattress couldn't have picked up the topper as well?? Very difficult return process. I have returned the item and still haven't received a refund. They also are manipulative and somehow have a "soft"??? Misleading lies! Do not buy at all from this company. The mattress was rock hard and it was a plush, imagine getting a medium or firm. Yikes.

Bed was well made, and overall great deal for the component parts. Talalay may be blended - i forget. The cover of the topper is nice and luxurious but i did not like how it moved and bunched up under the sheet when i rolled around. I guess you can get a new cover to solve that. There were issues with returning the bed because of COVID restrictions that should be noted - especially if the company has not made it clear. I would check ahead (if a free return is important to you) to make sure it is indeed possible.

Okay, so the good and the gripes. I have trouble finding a mattress to be consistently comfortable. I am an all over sleeper, small, but curvy, and I think this makes it challenging for any mattress to be ideal. So, that said, I am fairly comfortable, which may be a huge compliment to this mattress. That said...some issues. The topper layer is bigger than the bottom, creating an overhang that destroys edge support. Don't count on sitting on the edge of the bed without sliding. This isn't really an issue for me because I only use my bed for sleeping, but is has led to some scary middle of the night bathroom trips. I opted for a split option as my BF is considerably larger than I and likely needed a firmer option. Despite the topper being bigger than the bottom layers, the two halves almost don't fit in the cover, creating a "hump" as you will, in the middle. It's kinda annoying. And it concerns me that over time there will be an even bigger issue. I also can't even tell which side is the soft and which is the medium (not labeled as far as I can tell) so we are each trying a side for a month to see if we prefer one. I am hoping we like the same side the most so we can get a single solid topper exchange to alleviate the hump issue. And yes, the topper does slide around somewhat. I had read that in other reviews and asked a sales rep about solutions to it. Motion transfer is Bad. I can feel every single twitch. I understand that latex is a bouncy material, so I was taking this risk, hoping a king size mattress would offset it somewhat. No. I can feel his heart beating. Okay, those are my mattress gripes. But the part that weight on my mind was the buying process. As times are tough, price was an issue and I had a few conversations with sales peeps about upcoming Black Friday and holidays sales. I was told that sales were upcoming. So I waited. A sale dropped two weeks later, but the price of the base mattress went up $100 nullifying the sale. So I reached out to a sales person who explained that costs of materials were going up, but a bigger sale was coming up for Black Friday for %20 off. I got really excited because this would make the cost much closer to some similar mattresses I was looking at (but had no return policy which was hard to commit to). And on that fateful day the sale arrived, so did another price increase on the base mattress, making the sale ultimately more expensive. I understand that the cost of materials are going up due to shortages right now, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I ultimately went with the purchase anyway because my months of research led me to this exact type of mattress and I needed the peace of mind of a return policy, but I'm still a little fraught over the way it went down. It does not instill confidence. But, if it improves my sleep, I will forget about the bad I'm sure. Fingers crossed that happens over the long run!

But, this one is just fantastic. It is a huge improvement over our last cheapo bed I sleep so much better. The topper is heavenly, and the bed is silent. No more creaking, no more waking each other up. Its perfect.

Title says it all. Finally got rid of the old mattress and gave Luma a try no regrets. Highly recommended.

My Luma bed is fantastic. The latex has a nice spring to it, which I like, and is very comfortable. I got the medium firmness and that has been good for me as a side sleeper. From everything I can tell it's a great company and I would buy from them again.

We really like our king size with 2” talalay topper. However, It’s a little too firm for us so we’ve requested a 3” topper. Just waiting for the new topper to arrive. It has been two weeks. Luma has been quick to respond to our inquiries. Sounds like they are having supply issues at the moment.
