“This is a non biased review. I was incentivized to create a review regardless of whether it is a good or bad review. I searched for about a month for my next mattress and took a chance on Luma's Hybrid Mattress. I picked Luma because of their reputation on the TMU Forum. The quality and durability of their product is why I chose this mattress. The comfortability just happened to come with it. I am a Pilot and sleep in many hotel beds so unfortunately I do not sleep in my bed as often as I would like but I sure do look forward to sleeping on my Luma Mattress. As a mattress consumer, we should spend a good amount of time asking for spec sheets on mattresses to see what is actually used to create mattresses. I loved what I saw in Luma however was never given the opportunity to try it so I took a leap of faith and it panned out. My wife and I love our Luma Hybrid Mattress. It is comfortable and I no longer have back pain when I wake up and my energy throughout the day is noticeably different. I 100% recommend Luma for the right person. If you like Latex Beds or if you're not sure, this is a great Hybrid. To think I almost pulled the trigger on a $2000 at a B&M mattress store makes me sick. Please do your research on your next mattress purchase.”

“I’ve had my Luma mattress for a little over a month now and really enjoy it. I got the medium firm and I find it great for being a side sleeper. I do not wake up with any pain and have been sleeping very comfortably.”

“This was the third bed in a box that we tried and one that is sticking around for a while. From the customer service, to the quality of the mattress, I can't recommend this enough. First, you have to make sure latex is for you. It works perfectly for me as I am a hot sleeper and a combo sleeper. I haven't had to change out the topper yet.”

“Purchased just over a month ago. I was nervous about buying online without trying it first (didn't know if I'd even like the feel of latex, without getting into the difference between Dunlop and Talalay) and especially concerned about picking the right combination of materials and the firmness level for comfort, support (especially for back pain), relief of pressure points (side sleepers), and for sleeping cool with natural, non-toxic materials. Tomas was great--professional, knowledgeable, and he gave excellent guidance to help us find the right mattress to meet our needs and helped us through selection, delivery, assembly (thanks). The latex hybrid exceeded our expectations, and we're sleeping better than ever before. The only minor glitch: we had requested signature be required for the delivery, but the FedEx driver dropped off the boxes at our front door WITHOUT ringing our door bell; we happened to hear the truck and opened the front door just as the driver was about to walk back to his truck, but he did NOT ask for our signature--if we had not been home, we did not want him to leave the boxes (the reason for requiring the signature in the first place)--not sure what happened here.”
