Jeniffer, I'm sorry that the wefts are not holding in your hair. I suggest to tease the area where you will be placing the clips for better grip. This should give them a strong base to attach to.
As you know, we do include a tester weft in each package so that you can touch, feel, and compare it to your hair before deciding to keep it. Once the main compartment is opened, a return to exchange is no longer valid because hair extensions are a hygienic item. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
