“The color of these clip ins do not match the description of dirty blonde highlights.It looks more like a dirty brass highlights. I wanted a refund for them but they would only exchange them. I was very disappointed in customer service .. box was not opened .. zero accountability.”

“I love how the clip ins look, but I can’t wear them. Even though I have a lot of hair, it’s fine and you can see the clips through my hair. I have tried everything I know to do…using less wefts, not putting them right at the scalp, putting them lower, using root spray, but nothing has worked. I’ve talk to someone at Luxy and tried her suggestions. The thing that is frustrating is that the piece that comes with the extensions that you’re supposed to use to test your hair before you actually open the entire box, blends great with my hair. So I opened the box because I thought I would be able to use them. Now I’ve spent over $300 in extensions and accessories and can only wear them in my house where I won’t be seen in public. I wish there was something that I or Luxy could do to help rectify the situation, but I don’t know what. Really the highlight extensions should be darker at the root like normal highlighted hair is. Because the seams are the problem, not the hair. I’m sorry I don’t have a better review.”
