“Giving 4 stars because the product is as described, but I took it to my hair dresser because it just was not blending right. My hairdresser does not believe that it's all real Remy hair, but possible mixed with that and fake. Therefore she told me to be careful when using high heat products. I did notice that while curling the extensions, it was sticking and turning into a rubbery thing on my curler. My stylist shortened them just a bit and framed them to my face and added a few layers for dimension. I also needed her to thin them out a little, because it looked like I didn't have a head or body when on. She also switched out the "halo" band that it came with, she said this was not a true halo because of how thick the band was, it was so noticeable in my thin hair. And she said that it is also not a true halo because it came with clips attach to the main hair piece. I personally like the extra clip though because it ensures that it will not fall off my head. The very thin, floss like band that she gave me is so much better. Overall, I would recommend the product, but would like to see some things changed in the future.”
Thank you for sharing all of this great feedback, Kaitlin! I can assure you that our extensions are made of 100% remy human hair - if you're heat styling your Luxies on a high temperature this is likely the cause for the melting you're experiencing.

“The extensions are beautiful- thick and smooth. My only issue is that I think I would have preferred the regular clip ins. I have a small head, and even using the xs wire, the extensions feel heavy and unnatural, and a little loose. I wish I had not opened them so I could exchange them...”
Thank you for your feedback, Marina. It means a lot to us. If the XS wire is too small, you can always try to trim the wire yourself and re-tie the ends with a double knot - that should do the trick!
