“I received them in only about 2 days, a lot quicker than I was expecting as deliveries to NZ usually take days if not months haha. Overall, I was very happy with the quality and colour match. I was a little worried my natural Indian black hair wouldn't match the Mocha Brown but it matches really well. Mocha brown is basically just black with the tiniest hint of red/brown tones. The extensions are easy to put in, probably coz I've seen too many luxy hair youtube videos, I got it in my first go. You can't see them in your head, the seamless collection is great.
One thing I noticed is that having the whole set in your hair is a little too much, it almost feels like it adds too much volume and feels a bit heavy. So I'd recommend just having a few pieces or so at a time. The hair is very good quality and smooth/shiny, and my natural hair is a bit rougher in texture so I felt like I needed to use some serum to get to the same hair texture as the extensions.
One last thing, I'd only recommend wearing the extensions for short periods of time (a few hours or half a day at most) because after a while you can really feel them pulling on your hair.
Overall, I'm a happy customer, amazing customer service - replied to my email very quick. Extensions are great quality and I'd say it was well worth the money.”

As a general rule of thumb, it’s always better to opt for a heavier set and have too much hair, than to opt for a lighter set and not have enough hair. We definitely recommend taking out a few wefts to lighten up the weight if you are finding them heavy.
