“Let me preface by saying I have extremely thick hair and no other hair extensions have ever looked right on me. These feel so amazing, they were a bit shiny but some dry shampoo helped that. “These extensions are actually amazing- the hair is so thick and luxurious I’ve had them 3 months now and they are still like new. The only issue I have with them is the weight and the pain they cause. My hair is really naturally thick so I went for the 220g. I love them but they give me a real bad headache after a couple of hours and leave sores on my scalp because they are so heavy. They are not suitable for everyday wear! Next time I would probably get the 160g for everyday wear. If you’re dying for thick silky hair and willing to put up with a lumpy scalp and headache then go for it. I have so many compliments when I have them in and they blend really well with my thick natural hair so I still love them. Just be aware the heavier the set, the more uncomfortable they are to wear.”

I'm sorry to hear that the set feels heavy on your head. I will kindly suggest that the our lighter 160g weight set may be better suited to you.
In the meantime, dear Samantha, I will suggest that you do not need to wear all the wefts all the time, and that you can space out the wefts on your head a little more, and clip them higher on your head.

“Not too long ago, I made the chop from my waist length hair to my collarbones. I had REGRETS. I had heard a lot about Luxy Hair, so I was excited to try it out. I LOVE them, but my natural hair is just way too thick to blend with them. The color matches perfectly. The length makes me feel like a mermaid. The wefts are sturdy and thick, but not as thick as I had hoped for. Hopefully once my hair grows a few more inches and I'm able to add some thinning layers I'll be able to make the most of these.”
