I'm very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the color of your Dark Brown Luxies. It sounds like our darker, Mocha Brown shade would have been a better match. I’ll be happy to help you.
I’ve checked our e-mail history and was not able to locate any messages from you regarding this issue. To kindly let you know, the Luxy Hair Support team is always here and happy to help with a color match. We encourage our customers to reach out to us right away if they have any concerns. We provide multiple resources on our website and blog to help find your perfect Luxy match. If you are unsure of a color you are always welcome to send in a photo of your hair before you commit to opening your set.
All Luxies, however, have a sample weft stored in the small compartment at the bottom of the box. This weft can be used to determine if the shade is a good match. If the shade is not an ideal match, we are more than happy to accommodate a return or exchange as long as the main compartment of your Luxy box has not been opened and the golden security seal has not been tampered with.

Genesis, it definitely can be tricky to wear hair extensions straight and look natural depending on the length and thickness of your own hair and the length and thickness of the extensions. In general, the less of a difference in hair length between the two, the easier it will be to blend them in your hair and look more natural, especially when wearing them straight.
If you haven't already, I do recommend to have them custom cut by your stylist to blend in more with your particular hair cut. This, we find, makes a very big difference.
