“The hair seems to be great quality. However, once you open the box, you are unable to return the item. I didn’t realize this until I saw the printed note on the box itself. Unfortunately, the chestnut balayage was more blonde than chestnut and I’m unable to wear it. It’s too far off from my hair color. So I’m stuck with an expensive item that I can’t return. If the box were clear, I would have realized the color was off and immediately returned it. As it stands, there’s no way to see the hair until you open the box.”

Kelly, as a kind reminder, each Luxy Hair set comes with a tester weft to see the shade in person, prior to opening the set. We are happy to accommodate a return or an exchange, as long as the main compartment of the remains sealed. Once a set has been opened, we are unable to accommodate a return as hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Thank you for your understanding.

“I gave three stars because I do think the extensions are high quality, but unfortunately they didn’t work for me. I do have a smaller than average head but no matter what size halo attachment I tried it was still too big for my head. I also have hair that is just barely long enough (had cancer, did chemo so growing out from bald) so it was very obvious that I had extensions in. The color is beautiful though!!”

I'm sorry to hear that your Luxies were not a good fit. We do in fact offer 60-day returns and exchanges on all unopened sets. For color matching, we have a sample weft which should be used for this exact purpose. If the color isn't a good fit and the security seals haven't been tampered with, we're happy to accept your package back.
