“I dont know which ingredient in your product Im allergic to but each time i mixed the powder first with water and the next time with fat free milk, I found it hard to swallow the mixture. I talked to my MD about it and he advised me to immedately stop using the product.”

“I've been using it as breakfast. I blend with coconut water and oat milk. Maybe add a banana. So easy to take to work - oh and tastes great.”

“I’m a chocolate girlie, and so it’s an always a gamble if chocolate flavored health products actually hit the chocolate mark, but this did! My favorite way to have it is blended with frozen raspberries and it’s a great milkshake alternative and truly does improve the way I feel and function. I tried it as a replacement to Shakeology since that became out of my price range and added an allergen, and I would say I like this shake MORE. It does take a long time from ordering to receive but the wait is worth it.”

What was your primary reason for buying this product? General Health & Wellness

“I have yet to receive my Essentials Chocolate Shake. On the first order (5/28/24), I had to email in order to find out why it was taking so long and was told the Chocolate was delayed and I could have a refund or the Vanilla. I decided to have them ship the Vanilla, thinking this was a one time communication issue, however, I had also signed up for a subscription which showed June 27th order and it is now July 8th and still have not had any communication from them whatsoever.”
