“The product itself is basically perfect for my needs. The problem is that the chocolate is ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. As a result, the vanilla is often out of stock with people settling for vanilla. As a result, I have gone back to a competitor company that I liked prior, but wanted to try LYFE fuel. It’s very difficult to convince customers to stay on a subscription schedule when half the time what they have ordered isn’t available. The website also does not reflect when the flavor is out of stock so it is very misleading. While Customer Service has been decent in responding to this issue, there is clearly a problem higher up in terms of management, ordering, etc. hence leaving the Customer Service folks in a regular position of making excuses for unavailable product. I gave it some time and saw no change. I had read many reviews about this issue so it’s clearly something that has been ongoing despite the fact I took the risk in trying. I would definitely come back if it was a product that was readily and regularly available for people who are on a subscription routine.”

“When it is available and I can stay consistent daily I’m very happy with the product and the way I feel….. obviously I’ve been missing most of the ingredients for a while, and 9lb weight loss over the first 3 months doesn’t hurt either”

“The more and more data that comes out about processed foods and negative effects of artificial sweeteners and preservatives, I’m reminded of why I’m thankful for companies like LyfeFuel who are breaking free from those models and offering healthy options. The chocolate essentials mix is my favorite and I’ll keep the orders coming.”
