“It's got great ingredients and tastes okay, it just isn't what I'm looking for, as it doesn't have enough calories to be a meal replacement. If it replaces a meal, the cost would be great, but it's costly as simply an addition to my daily meals.”

“Over the last 2 years I’ve been on a weight loss journey. I’ve gone from 240lb to 185lb , from a size 42 waist to a size 32. During this time I’ve tried just about every meal replacement shake there is to try out there. It wasn’t until a year into my journey that discovered Lyfe Fuel and it’s a staple in my diet since. While not without some minor drawbacks it’s without a doubt the cleanest most complete nutritional supplement I’ve found to date. Whether your goal is muscle gain, weight loss, or to maintain your current state there’s a place for Lyfe Fuel in your life. As previously mentioned however the essentials shake is not without minor setbacks based on my own preferences. Those being a limited selection on flavors and a relatively low protein content when compared to meal replacements out there. That being said they are more so of a preference factor rather then performance. All in all it is a great product for those seeking to achieve their health goals without spending hours tuning and messing with their diets to ensure your daily needs are met.”

“I live this shake and use its as part of my daily routine. I hit the gym at 445am but fast until 1030. The essentials shake with peanut butter, banana and creatine is the first meal I have daily and I love it!”
